West Oaks was a maskless chaotic mess on Saturday for their Fall Festival. Too many people, no masks, no social distancing. That will certainly spike the numbers in the surrounding area in the upcoming weeks. Disappointed to say the least. Didn’t get to stay 5 minutes.
