How to make Vietnamese Egg Coffee ( Ca Phe Trung)

- 2 tbsp Ground Vietnamese Coffee Beans
- 1 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 eggs
Begin by whisking 2 egg yolks on high with electric whisk in a small bowl.
Add 1 tbsp condensed milk.
Add 1 tbsp sugar.
Continue to whisk on high until egg yolks become pale frothy yellow.
Brew your 2 tbsp of Vietnamese coffee using a phin filter in a cup.
Add ice to the brewed cup of coffee. Top with egg yolk mixture. Enjoy!
