Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew - Easy Step by Step Recipe

- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1 cup Cold brew coffee or Brewed Coffee
- Ice
Add heavy cream, pumpkin puree, sugar, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice into a bowl.
Whisk ingredients together with electric mixer for several minutes until ingredients are mixed and desired consistency is obtoned.
Pour 1 cup of cold brew in a cup.
Add ice. Add pumpkin cream topping on top of the iced coffee.
Sprinkle a dash of pumpkin spice on top of the pumpkin cream. Enjoy!
- Adjust sugar content depending on preference, add up to 1 tablespoon of sugar for more sweetness. Taste test after mixing the ingredients together.
- If you do not have condensed milk - try adding 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or adding a simple syrup.
- Make your own pumpkin spice blend if you don't have any! Recipe linked above.
- If you prefer a lighter cream recipe, add milk, 1/4 cup milk & 1/4 cup heavy cream.
- For the pumpkin puree - do not use the pumpkin pie mix, get the 100% pumpkin puree.
