Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew - Easy Step by Step Recipe

Equipment

  • Electric Mixer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 cup Cold brew coffee or Brewed Coffee
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Add heavy cream, pumpkin puree, sugar, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice into a bowl.
  • Whisk ingredients together with electric mixer for several minutes until ingredients are mixed and desired consistency is obtoned.
  • Pour 1 cup of cold brew in a cup.
  • Add ice. Add pumpkin cream topping on top of the iced coffee.
  • Sprinkle a dash of pumpkin spice on top of the pumpkin cream. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust sugar content depending on preference, add up to 1 tablespoon of sugar for more sweetness. Taste test after mixing the ingredients together.
  • If you do not have condensed milk - try adding 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or adding a simple syrup.
  • Make your own pumpkin spice blend if you don't have any! Recipe linked above.
  • If you prefer a lighter cream recipe, add milk, 1/4 cup milk & 1/4 cup heavy cream.
  • For the pumpkin puree - do not use the pumpkin pie mix, get the 100% pumpkin puree.
