Iced Blueberry / Stawberry Matcha Latte
Delicious twist on a matcha latte

Matcha Whisk
- 1 cups strawberries or blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp matcha
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 cup milk of choice
- Ice
Create fruit compote: Add strawberries or blueberries, sugar and water into a small sauce pan on the stove top. Heat up and simmer till fruits are soft. Mash and allow to cool.
Matcha: Whisk 1 tsp matcha with hot water
Assemble cup: Add several tablespoons of strawberry compote, ice, choice of milk, and top with matcha.
Mix up & enjoy!
Double the fruit compote if you are making two cups: 2 cup of fruit, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp hot water (see recipe below).
Matcha recipe stays the same for each cup. Each cup will have 1 tsp of matcha.
